Request to reserve and borrow AV equipment for event or activity. Student requesters must pick up and return equipment.

Support from Media Services for Audio Visual Technologies, repair and adjustment.

Request for training on best practice use of Classroom technology.

IT Media Request

Media equipment is available for the use of Texas Wesleyan University faculty, staff, and students.

To ensure that equipment is delivered to the appropriate location on time, please submit the form two business days prior to the event or class.

Live Streaming of University Events

We can provide equipment to stream live events.

Meeting and Event Support

Media Services can provide and set up equipment for University meetings and events.

Multimedia Center Reservation

The Multimedia Center is open 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, and observes the University holiday/break schedule.
